Your donor data should tell you what to do next.

Jasmine for Good is the donor relationship operating system for nonprofits. Every gift, relationship, letter and follow-up lives in one connected record, so your team knows who to thank, who to call and who you haven't heard from.

Illustrative example of a donor record

The whole donor relationship, in one place

Most small development teams keep donors in one system, newsletters in another, letters in Word and follow-ups on sticky notes. Jasmine for Good brings them together, from the first gift to the tenth.

  1. Know them

Each donor's profile keeps their household, relationships, soft credits and giving history together, along with the notes and changes your team has made.

  2. Reach them

Design newsletters in a drag-and-drop builder and send them from your own domain, then see which links donors clicked. Write to a donor one to one from their record.

  3. Receive and thank

A branded giving page takes one-time and monthly gifts by card or bank transfer. Record checks and cash as they arrive, then send year-end and in-kind acknowledgment letters as branded PDFs.

  4. Keep them

Saved donor lists show who gave last year but not this year. Stewardship tasks have an owner and a due date, and pipeline boards track major-gift prospects stage by stage.

  5. Report on it

Build the report your board asks for, save it, and run it again next quarter. Export any list or report whenever you need it.

Bring your history with you

We import your donor and gift history from your current donor database or spreadsheets, so you start with the relationships you already have. Your data stays yours: export it to CSV or Excel whenever you like.

Built alongside a development team

Jasmine for Good was built with a working nonprofit development office and shaped by the people who use it every day. Their team runs its donor work on it today.

And yes, Jasmine answers the phone

Jasmine can answer your donor line and take a message, so callers reach a friendly voice and your team gets the message.
