Jasmine for Good is a brand of TAXOFFICE AI SERVICES LLC ("we"). This page explains how the Jasmine for Good website at jasmineforgood.com handles information. Data that nonprofits keep inside the Jasmine for Good platform is covered by each organization's service agreement.

What we collect

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each visit, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

Booking a walkthrough

Our walkthrough page shows a booking calendar run by our scheduling provider and loaded from its servers. It is the only part of the site that loads a third-party service. When you open that page, your browser connects to the provider, which receives the same basic technical details as any website you visit. The calendar may store cookies or similar data in your browser so it can work.

When you book, the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email address and phone number, are sent to the scheduling provider and saved in our records. We use them to confirm your appointment, send you reminders, let you reschedule or cancel, and follow up about your walkthrough. If the form offers text message reminders, we send them only if you agree.

If you email us instead, we receive what you choose to send.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you and to schedule and manage your walkthrough. Our hosting and scheduling providers handle it on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
